1 - Payment Terms
Online payment by VISA, Eurocard-Mastercard, American Express. Prices are in Euros. Payment can be made on a US Dollar, £ Pounds or any other currency credit card; the card will then be charged at Customers´ Bank change rate.
Offline Payment by swift transfert or cheque (first class international banks only). Customer is responsible for all bank charges.
2- Delivery
Products are delivered by e-mail with 3 open days from full payment confirmation.
3- Conditions
When purchasing our publications, our customer commits himself to not forward these documents outside of the customer´s company, to not re-sale or re-distribute them, to not copy part or full of it..
When purchasing our publications, our customer purchases a licence valid only for use by the customer himself.
4- Resellers, distributors
NBR Services does not appoint resellers and / or distributors. Anybody claiming to re-sale or distribute NBR Services publications is then involved in a fraudulent activity.
Only our representative office in Lagos, Nigeria is allowed to register orders and receive payments on our behalf. In this case, NBR Services remains in charge of the delivery of Publications to the customer.
