The association of experiences from different companies is to developp in the best possible way the skills of local contracting and subcontracting in the West Africa Oil & Gas Industry with an international support and his application on the field.

Since the beginning of this movement, the industry has seen the local costs of fabrication to decrease significantly.

Areas of operations includes the following:

HEAVY DUTY EQUIPMENT SUPPLY, INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING:
Supply, installation, commissioning, repairs and maintenance of heavy duty equipment such as generators e.g. Caterpillar engines, expedition pumps, water injection pumps, compressors, turbines, DCS systems, air-conditioners, boilers, automation and heaters.

PROCUREMENT:
Sourcing, expediting and procurement of oil production facilities and related equipments such as electrical materials, mechanical materials, instrumentation and controls materials, generators, Caterpillar engines and spare parts, HVAC, radios, computers, cranes, pigs, safety and security items, oil tools (RS, Key, Arco and Grainger materials).

LOGISTICS:
Leasing of equipment such as cars, trucks, A/C, generating sets, cranes, haulage of goods and marine services.

PIPELINE SERVICES:
Construction, maintenance and repairs of pipelines. QA/QC inspection services. Pigging, NDT, cathodic protection and other pipeline services.

INSTRUMENTATION:
Installation of DCS, ESD, PSD, F&G systems, valves and actuators. Installation of measuring instruments, panels and tubings, calibration and pressure testing.

MAINTENANCE ENGINEERING SERVICES:
Provision of technical maintenance services of oil production facilities such as turbines, HV/LV generators, pumps, compressors, etc. for both on-shore and offshore facilities.

MANPOWER SUPPLY SERVICES:
Provision of national and expatriate skilled technical manpower for both onshore and offshore production facilities.

TELECOMMUNICATION:                      
Design and construction of telecom mast, provision and programming of radios, supply and installation of computers. Provision of riggers and networking.

ENGINEERING DESIGNS:
Detailed engineering and designs of oil production facilities such as flow-stations, water injectors, oil producers, pipe line construction and facilities upgrading for both offshore and onshore installations.

ENGINEERING REHABILITATION PROJECTS:
Rehabilitation and upgrading of oil production facilities, flow stations, process plants and depots facilities. 

The new bidding system requires international contractors to select and propose a list of local subcontractors within the tendering process.

Since December 2005 in Nigeria, some parts and equipments should mandatorily be made locally.
